Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is your receipt and proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@barriersuk.co.uk.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team on 01744 520110 or by email. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns process applies.
Pricing & Errors
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the rare event a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
