This Professional 3-Part Heavy Duty Adhesive is designed for installations where mechanical fixing is not possible, providing a reliable method for securing wheel stops in place. It is suitable for use on various surfaces including tarmac, concrete, and block paving. When applying on block paving, please note that the blocks may lift if the ramp is pulled upward.

Technical Specifications

The adhesive material is dark grey in color (RAL colour code 7021) and is supplied in the following quantities:

• 17.2kg bag of activator
• 5kg binding material
• 12kg of Quartz sand
• 0.2kg hardener

This special adhesive features fast curing properties and exceptional durability, making it ideal for long-term applications.

Application Instructions

For best results, apply a 3mm thick layer of adhesive, which will cover approximately 4m² per 17.2kg kit. This kit contains enough material for:

• 14 units of 1800mm wheel stops
• 28 units of 900mm wheel stops

When applying the adhesive on very smooth or polished surfaces, it is recommended to conduct a test patch beforehand to ensure proper adhesion.
